Purchased items will only be shipped out once Apex Numismatics can confirm payment in full. We do offer layaway plans on all coin, but that is up to the discretionary of Apex Numismatics, please contact us for any offers. We accept eTransfer, payment orders and Paypal as acceptable methods of payment.

Grading

Grading coins is extremely subjective, and different people are bound to have different opinions as to the true grade of a specific coin. We do our absolute best to describe our coins with accurate descriptions of their condition, but the grading or description of a coin is not a warranty. You assume all risks relating to the grade, condition, provenance, and description of the coin. Apex Numismatics will subscribe to the grade attributed if the item has been certified by a third party. All items have a lifetime guarantee of authenticity.

Authenticity

Apex Numismatics stands behind the authenticity of every item we sell. Every coin, banknote or other merchandise sold by us are guaranteed to be genuine, and Apex Numismatics will refund any item that is deemed unauthentic.

Risk of Loss

Atlas Numismatics will bear any risk of loss on all shipments until it has been deemed delivered. Atlas Numismatics will always use services that have tracking and insurance. Should you decide to use any alternative methods of shipping, you are agreeing to bear the risk of loss. When sending any items to us (ie for sale or return), please insure for the full amount.
